Windows were too small excessive sealant used, messy and unsightly, damaged my broadband connection, company unhelpful, Gary Warby walked off premises when faced with a number of complaints, he was not prepared to listen and believes he knows more about my property than my family, causing my son to get annoyed and Gary to walk away like a child,he believed the heated argument between him and my son was threatening.  They will not return to correct the disgusting mess around the windows and it was of a good standard of installation.L disagree, they would rather return my deposite and walk away

7 double glazed windows

New doors have dropped back door wont shut at all called company they say 2 weeks before anyone can come out.  Not great for home security.  Customer service terrible

What fantastic customer service!  French doors had dropped in the heat.  Contacted the company in the morning and engineer fixed it in the afternoon at a time to suite us.   Thank you
