Reached out quickly and came the next morning as team of three. Fixed all the issues I had and identified a couple more that were fixed . Very happy with efficient friendly service. Guys worked non stop!

Really pleased with my new rubber roof. I arranged everything remotely from London for a property in Lincoln, and Mike made the whole process easy. He explained the options clearly, gave me space after the quote with no pressure, and kept me updated with photos and videos. The workmanship is neat and high quality, and everything was left tidy. Honest, reliable and I’d definitely use him again.

Michael explained each part of the work needed, and gave a price for each part, which I agreed to. The work seems to have been completed to a good standard. It was only after the 3-man team had left that I reflected on how long the work had taken ( 2 1/2hrs) and how much I had been charged for labour (roughly £1000) that I began to question what I had been charged for what were standard roof repairs (replacing a tile, valley re-bedding, lead re-sealing and ridge re-pointing). I contacted Michael to say that £125 per person per hour seemed unreasonable, but he still felt the price was fair.
