The engineer was efficient and thorough, very friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which made the whole process easy to understand. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, a professional and reliable service that I’d happily recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Easy Boiler Sevice!

Kai has been super helpful from start to finish. I had a leak that I have been trying to solve for months, battling with my building management to try and solve the issue. Kai helped me through the whole process including offering advice on what to say to the management company, he then helped me fix the leak and finished the work to a very high standard. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will definitely be using his services again.

I called Kai to help me with a central heating problem and my boiler had stopped. He came quickly and sorted the problem efficiently with no issues or uplift in cost. He even saved me money by using some materials he already had. It’s nice to have someone saving you money rather than trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you. Would highly recommend booking in with Primary Plumbing and will be telling my friends and family to use them as well.
