Prime Builders recently completed my loft conversion with an ensuite bathroom, and we are very happy with the result. The work was carried out to a very high standard and completed within a great timeframe. They were always checking in with us and making sure we were happy at every stage.

Side extensions and loft conversion

I had an appointment scheduled with Prime Builders to visit my property, and I waited for over half an hour with no show and no communication. I tried calling and texting but received no response at all. It's quite disappointing and unprofessional to be left completely in the dark. Reliability and communication are essential, especially in the building trade, and unfortunately this experience did not inspire confidence.
