Chimney repair

Really pleased with the work from Dave and the team. Were very knowledgeable when quoting and showed me in detail what was required and why.  Worked very hard to get the job done and get me watertight - no mean feat with all the rain.

Repairing entire roof

Last Summer Primefix Roofcare installed a very high-quality slate roof on our cottage. Recently, we had a slipped/broken tile and contacted Primefix for repair. The company responded immediately to our call and the tile was replaced, under warranty, on the same day. This company not only completes a fine job, but they also communicate quickly and honour their warranty. Highly Recommended.

Excellent Communication and Aftercare

Primefix was quick in quoting  and doing the job. Unfortunately after removing the tiles the work needed was different than the original expectation but a solution was proposed and the work completed. This meant the quote price did not apply any longer and faced an increase.  As the problem was related to dump and leaks I will only find out if all went well next year, but I believe the work was well done.

Work completed

I recently had a bay window roof that was leaking and two broken tiles that needed urgent attention. The team came out promptly, inspected the damage, and completed all repairs the very same day. They fixed the leak on the bay window roof and replaced the broken tiles with precision and care. Everything was done efficiently, with no mess left behind, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I’m impressed by their professionalism and speed, highly recommend them for any roofing repairs!
