Prime windows installed a large window for us and did a very good job, so we contacted them to build a porch on our bungalow,again it was fantastic they did a very professional job,workmen were on time cleaned up leaving things spotless really good would recommend them to anyone, well done to Steve and the rest of the team thank you for a good job well done

From the very first consultation through to the final installation, the team at Prime Windows (NE) were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, answered all our questions, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Big bay window installed

The fitter was professional, however one fitter did not turn up which meant the job took twice as long. Measurements were incorrect leaving large gaps that were overfilled with expanding foam, and the wrong handles were initially fitted.

Two weeks later the job is still not finished as we are waiting for end caps for the sills, leaving a very sharp exposed edge which is a safety concern.

Due to these issues, we have decided to use a different company for our porch and conservatory.

Disappointed

All installers were friendly and courteous.  All products were exactly as described. Overall an enjoyable experience.
