I recently used a roofing company I found on Checkatrade, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Roy contacted me the same day, and after an initial visit, he quickly assessed the issue I had noticed—a hole in the loft caused by some broken tiles.
Roy was incredibly engaging and took the time to explain the problem in simple, clear terms. He identified that parts of the roofing felt were rotting and beginning to affect the underlying timber—something I would never have known without his insight.  Options provided for different price points, no pressure at all

Excellent response from Roy after my initial request. Repaired and replaced roof slates due to previous poor and spoilt work by rogue roofer. 
Should have known better.
