Paul provided us with great advice on the design of the new shower to provide easy access for my disabled wife.  He has delivered a really great outcome, the quality of the final product is first class.  He and his colleague were very careful with cleaning up and very respectful of my wife's condition.  First class, friendly and easy to deal with.  He went out of his way to help and advise us

ProFin did an excellent job after our regular plumber let us down for a full bathroom refit.  Quick but thorough and careful, and fastidious about cleaning up on a regular basis.  Also thinking about what is best for the client, and a slight change of plan that involved more work was not a problem.  After all: "There are no problems, only solutions..."

Excellent service from start to finish, always cleaned up after the days work and full disposal at the end of the job.  The new shower system looks and works fantastic, full explanation given on how to use and care for the shower, I would definitely refer Paul to do any work, very professional and definitely value for money
