Hello, and welcome to our Checkatrade bio.We are a professional gas and oil installation and servicing company. Our company is based in Norwich, Norfolk and we have a work area that covers most of East Anglia.Originally formed in the mid 60&#39;s, our family run company has recently changed our name to Pro Heat Solutions to better represent our outlook to the rapidly changing boiler and heating marketplace. Boilers and heating systems are rapidly evolving as technology improves and we aim to be at the forefront of this.Although we still install traditional heating systems and boilers for those of us who feel more comfortable with a straightforward uncomplicated heating system, we can now also provide heating controls that can be accessed from your phone or tablet, room thermostats that take the outside weather into consideration and boilers that produce condensation instead of fumes.Our services include  -  Full central heating systems, boiler replacements, boiler servicing, landlord certificates, radiator replacements, powerflushing, system upgrades, new controls ..... basically everything related to gas and oil heating systems.

This Worcester boiler is pre-piped. The boiler has wheels and is rolled onto the base.

From the initial visit to provide a quote for replacing the pipework in our home to the final installation of an Air Source Heat Pump heating and water system we were pleased with this company. The team were helpful, efficient and hard working. They arrived on time every day and got on with the work needed. They were respectful of our home providing floor coverings and making sure everything was left tidy and clean. The new system and how to use it was explained to us carefully and patiently.  Overall we are delighted with our new heating and hot water system and would highly recommend them.

The work was carried out by David a sub contractor. He fitted a new Worcester oil boiler outside and six new radiators. Although working alone he completed this in 3 days. He was very efficient, and kept everywhere clean and tidy.

Dave and Jay , what a team ! . Friendly , punctual, and hardworking . They got on with the job , a complete oil central heating system to replace our expensive and inefficient electric heaters . They worked like troopers and standard of workmanship was excellent . They discussed where we wanted pipes to go , snd any questions we asked along the way were never too much trouble . Complete oil central heating system

Prompt, polite and competent. Pro Heat installed my boiler with the minimum of disruption.  The new boiler was sited in a different position to the old one which meant I saved money on the job.
Everything finished neatly and left spotless.

Boiler service.

The task was to find a capable company who could replace an old oil boiler and replace with a new one and change all the radiators in an old farmhouse with the boiler being repositioned due to the change in regulations. Also required was the installation of a new oil tank in a different location. Not an easy job. Following the recommended get 3 quotes both from Checkatrade and externally, Pro Heat were selected based on the prompt visit and very thorough quotation. This family firm attended as arranged and carried out the work in a clean, tidy and very professional manner. Highly recommended.
