Cavity wall inspection and venting

I recently contacted Rick at R&R due to experiencing issues with the heating in my property. Rick was so friendly and helpful over the telephone. He actually took the time to listen to me which meant so much. A date was arranged for Rick to attend my property. Rick turned up today at the exact time that was arranged.
