My message wasnt even cold when i had a call back. Price of  elements of the job were quoted and told Ollie would call when on his way. I didnt expect the same day.  Message sent at 8am and Ollie called around 10.30ish. Kept me updated and made sure knew costings.  
Drain cleared by 11am. 
Job discription left with the issues found and sorted.  Excellent service and i think a great price.

I had an all within a couple of minutes of sending our issue on Friday night and then our drains were fixed on Saturday lunchtime. Nice people and a good service, so would certainly recommend.
