Very impressed.  After calling Mark, he arrived on the agreed date and time to provide a quotation.  The scaffolding was erected as planned.  Mark and I inspected the roof from the scaffolding and discussed the works required.  Mark offered his professional experience with no pressure applied to decide how to proceed.  We agreed upon a scope of works and Mark's team completed the task to the agreed price.  I would recommend Mark to others and will use him again if required.

Trustworthy company

Contacted this company for a moss removal and a roof health check. Work was carried out as discussed, came across rotten batterns and felt that was wearing back. We was advised and given a few options of resolving the issue. I went with the re roof as I will never have to think about the roof again and can carry on with the reservation of my house.

Would 100% recommend 

Arranged to clean my roof.  Two people turned up on the morning.  Lots of discussion and phone call to Mark.  One man kept telling me that he was concerned about not being paid at the end of the day.  He said it was too difficult and that Mark would phone me later that day.  Not seen or heard from anybody ever since.  Appalling.
