Great

I had a blocked outside drain that overflowed when the washer emptied. On arriving, the engineer quickly determined that the pipework from the drain didn't connect to my inspection chamber, but via a separate route
route. From then he went on to clear the blockage from the drain side and clear any mess that had been made. Drain now working well. Would certainly recommend for both speed of service, excellent communication and efficient, friendly staff.
