We used Duane last year to help us with a wasp nest in our attic. 
Reasonable flat rate with a warranty for reassurance. We were able to book in same week.

I have to say, a pleasure to do business with and professional from start to finish. My Daughter had fleas in her student accommodation which was distressing considering she’s ADHD, and struggled with this. Dwayne was very personable and very thorough- He came up with a plan and eliminated points of entry
On second visit he determined that a 2 way valve in our drain would prevent rats coming in - And it worked. despite very cold and wet weather no more scratching  under the floorboards
