RB Plumbing is a family run business owned by myself Richard Branch. With over 30 years experience in the plumbing industry I manage a team of skilled tradesmen including plasterers, tilers, carpenters, electricians and decorators who work alongside me on all bathroom installations. I work closely with our customers to ensure no detail is missed and they are completely satisfied with the end result. I am supported in the office by Fiona who deals with the day to day running of the business and will often be the first person you speak to. I have a good client base of regular customers and most of my work comes from word of mouth and recommendations from existing customers. All my tradesmen are fully insured and highly skilled and I work alongside local suppliers and manufacturers of bathrooms and fittings so I can advise on this too.  I am happy to come and discuss your bathroom requirements at a time to suit you. From start to finish, Rich was fantastic - from initial quote, explaining options and pricing, Rich gave us complete confidence. Communication and the quality of work was excellent, both from Rich and all the trades that he brought on to the job. Any time there was an issue that cropped up, Rich had a solution to it and talked through options. The area was left clean and tidy at the end of every day, and Rich was a pleasure to have in the house - even putting up with a very interested toddler! Could not recommend more highly and will definitely use Rich for any future bathroom works.

Complete bathroom refurb

Richard  recently finished installing a New Bathroom for us and I can only say how pleased we are with the result.From helping us design what we wanted  and what we didn’t want.To have a professional on your side saved us from making some big mistakes which we would have had to correct at our expense at some point.His quality of work is of a high standard and we would recommend his services to anyone.

A top quality service at a fair price

This is the second time I have used Richard and I am as pleased with the outcome this time as I was the first time round. His attention to detail, helpfulness, problem solving skills and friendliness all make what could be a stressful experience a much calmer and more enjoyable one. He did a full bathroom refit and it looks fantastic AGAIN! 

Bathroom refit to high standard

Great experience from start to finish with refurbishment of an ensuite bathroom. Richard works extremely hard, is good at keeping in contact and all the trades he used were excellent. The end result is exactly what we were looking for and within budget. Highly recommend RB Plumbing and have already pencilled them in to do another bathroom for us later this year.

Rich and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Fairly priced, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brand new bathroom

On first meeting Richard from RB Plumbing It was clear we were dealing with a very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and professional bathroom fitter. We needed an ensuite, bathroom and downstairs toilet redesigned, ripped out and re-fitted all of which was a significant piece of work which would impact heavily on the families routine, However, we quickly got a sense that Richard would work hard to keep the disruption to a bare minimum. 
Sometimes it’s hard to find the right superlatives when providing feedback , but all we can say is Richard was exceptional in every way.
