Really negative experience of RBPM. Sacked for poor work & broken promises. Communication issues, boss refused to discuss issues and very "unavailable", took weeks to get back to me when I had no bathroom.
Lots of issues. Poor building work & poor plumbing. Felt like they were rushing the job.
Had to be pushed to repair holes in walls, repairs poorly done, plaster boarding badly applied, uneven, not square. Work clearly not acceptable but boss refused to communicate, accept or fix. Couldn't cope with a delay with the bath. £4k out of pocket and massively regret using them.
