This is a loft that I plaster boarded and skimmed through out.

Loft conversion

This job required me to block up this fireplace, lime render it then skim it and pattern the finish to match existing wall finish. Lime render is used in this case to give the plaster elasticity as a wood burning stove now sits in front of the newly plastered area.

Getting rid of dated Artex. This is a very common plastering job these days and most Artex ceilings can be skimmed over without the need to overboard or replace.

this property was doubled in size with an extention and needed a complete refurb. when I entered the property it was nothing more than block work and timber, here is a few pics of the finished job

Bay Window -This bay had blown pebbledash on it which we removed. We then discovered there was no solid wall instaed it was stud work. We then had to fit all new aqua ply and mesh before we could plaster and pebble it.

Honestly, I’m hesitant to write this review because once people see how talented he is, he’ll be fully booked and we won’t be able to get him again! Ryan was very professional, he checked the colour with us first, he was prompt and reliable. He sanded down the door, applied a base coat, then three colour coats with primers. He also replaced the letterbox and door handle. The door looks lovely and brand new. We are very pleased with his work.

Ryan has previously done some plastering work for us to a really high standard.  This time he worked his magic on our tired looking family bathroom.  Ryan went above and beyond to transform it including a tricky herringbone floor.  A really lovely job.  Thank you!

Bathroom Refurbishment

Ryan has carried out numerous jobs for us including extensive tiling and lots of redecorating. He goes above and beyond to achieve a perfect finish. He is competitively priced, very courteous, clean and tidy. All the jobs have been completed to such a high standard that we wouldn’t use anyone else and now he has completed plenty of jobs for our friends and family.

Repeat customer - tiling & decorating

Ryan did some replastering and redecorating of our sitting, dining, utility rooms and kitchen last year. We were so pleased we asked him to redecorate our hall, stairs, landing and study this year. He worked efficiently, arrived on time, cleared up after his day, was open to last minute requests and very flexible in meeting our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to anyone.
