After posting the job, Adam contacted me and came out to quote in person and to check out any issues. I live in an unusual location near a watercourse.

Tree was felled yesterday by the team. No issues at all. Even used biodegradable chain oil given the location. 

Polite, stuck to the quote. Cleared up afterwards.
