Made good all surfaces, filled sanded & applied Dulux Weathershield System of paints to masonry, windows & metal works..

Front exterior re-dec part 2.

Completed the redecoration of a through lounge by applying an exotic print wallpaper over the chimney breast as feature , perfectly accented by double rimmed mirror.

Apply coving to a main bedroom before we start the main decorating. We cut lengths of coving to size then used a mitre to cut angles to fit. This client also wanted picture picture rails added, which we applied after the coving.

This client's spec was the use of a very dark pigmented Farrow & Ball paint on a built in MDF wall unit against mid & light toned wall & ceiling colours. To achieve clean lines on this job took a steady hand, lots of low tack masking tape and a good pair of glasses ! lol

1st stage is to remove the door furniture & give the whole door a good sanding with sand paper that is not too harsh on the wood. 

Front door : Natural wood with faded wood-stain finish. 

Once again we sanded the surface thoroughly to prepare the surface for filling as needed.

The door step paint was also worn & flaking off in parts.

The first coat of undercoat has been painted, we then apply filler to create a smooth even surface.

The front door & door step have both been sanded .

The 2nd coat of filler is sanded down to seamlessly blend in with the rest of the surface.  

This front door needed a lot of careful preparation. 

The door has been undercoated twice , filled & rubbed down twice & is now ready for the top coat.

We use masking tape to help keep straight edges & apply deep rich black paint.

The client was particularly happy with the outcome of the front door.

The guys did a fantastic job of repainting the front of my house, and front door! They are both very considerate and conscientious - with extremely good communication before, during and after the job. I have used Regency Decorating several times.  All for total redecorating of properties.  They are an extremely reliable, professional, hardworking team.  In this last project they helped in the general overseeing of other trades as I could not be on site very often. They have great attention to detail so a snagging list is non-essential, giving a total peace of mind experience! A very polite and trustworthy team.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.
