Janis recently completed a major transformation of our downstairs, including structural changes, a new utility room, under-stair WC, and a new kitchen with French doors and skylights. It was a huge job, and we’re thrilled with the results.
His communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed at every stage. He was always punctual, hardworking, and fair when unexpected issues arose.
Janis has turned our tired house into a modern family home, and the high-quality finish reflects his standards. We’d highly recommend him—just keep him supplied with coffee and sweet treats!

House renovation

Just had Renova Renovations transform our living room/diningroom. Janis separated living/diningroom. With sold oak French doors and replaced 3 other doors and frames. Excellent job, down to the very last detail, very reliable friendly and worked to very high standard, Would highly recommend this Company for work you need done

Reliable company

Janis was excellent from quote to finish. He took his time to understand the vision, measure and provide a quote which was close to the final price. Renovating a 1950s semi-detached that needs some TLC brought some unforseen issues but he communicated these clearly and nothing was ever too much trouble, including work on the roof that I knew about but had been quoted much moreto rectify!

His attention to detail is first class, he communicated his availability over the course, arrived on time every day and was tidy. 

Just make sure you have plenty of coffee as he likes a double scoop!

I can thoroughly recommend Janis (Renova Renovations). He carried out the work diligently, in a friendly, helpful manner, paying great attention to detail; starting and completing the project within the timeframe that we agreed.
The project entailed stripping out the original bathroom fittings; repairing damaged flooring and joists; fabricating a vanity unit for the washbasin; tidying up underfloor plumbing  installing a new shower tray, glass panels, new wc, and washbasin; laying new flooring and coverings, and cleaning up on a daily basis. He tackled all trades competently and cheerfully.

General

Janis was a great help at fixing a plumbing issue I had. He took on the job and offered a very reasonable day rate as it was unclear what the problem actually was at the start. He quickly got to work, was always on time and located the issue. Pipes were then rerouted and the plumbing issue fixed. Can’t fault the work he done and I know it was not an easy job but he powered through and got it fixed.
