Excellent Home Extension

The bathroom renovation has significantly improved the overall appearance and functionality of the space. The new design looks modern and well-planned, and the materials used are good quality. The installation of fixtures, tiles, and lighting was done neatly and professionally.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved.

ABC Construction carried out a full refurbishment of the ground floor of our 1730s semi-detached house. Works included open plan conversion of our kitchen / diner, including new kitchen; flooring; plastering; heating system & WC, as well as new window and external kitchen door. 

Not only were the team very professional, but their workmanship & guidance throughout made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. The pricing was very transparent & offered the best value for money across many of the contractors that quoted.

I would absolutely recommend Ciprian & his team, & will use them again.

Full refurbishment and open plan

Work completed in a timely manner, started when we agreed and work completed had a good finish. Communication was good throughout, polite, kept the house as clean as could be given work in progress (cutting wood outside, plastic put down in house, hoovered/cleaned up afterwards).
Would use ABC again for work and would recommend to others.

New wall to split bedroom, electrics moved and new door fitted and painted.

We recently had our garden decking done, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ciprian really listened to our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions. The finished product has completely transformed the feel and look of our garden, and we love it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality finish.

This is the third time I've used Ciprian and his team. They previously removed an internal decorative arch, installed a loft hatch, and hung new internal doors. All the work has been excellent.

When it came to replacing the bathroom it was an easy choice. I didn't look for quotes and asked Ciprian to do it. He recommended a few alterations to the design, including alcove shelving which looks incredible and is a feature everyone comments on when they see the photos. I thoroughly recommend this team.

The loft room refurbishment and loft insulation upgrade were done to a high standard, and carried out efficiently and with minimal mess.
Additional tasks were fairly priced and added to the schedule without problem

I contacted Clint for a quote to strip and re-tile a small roof and take out French windows in our loft. Extremely polite and courteous, he carefully explained how he would proceed and spent time answering our queries. His quote was clear, concise and reasonable so we went ahead.

I’m glad that I did. His team did a fantastic job without any drama, always respectful of our home and punctual every morning. Clint’s communication was also excellent.

Finishing the project on time and budget the standard of work was first class. I would have no hesitation in using Able again. 




Work to loft and roof

Very pleased with our new driveway. The experience was comprehensive, yet simple, from start through to the finish. We had some options added to the initial quotation to get exactly what we wanted and it was all managed without fuss and executed superbly. Communication was clear, concise and timely throughout.
The team worked hard and diligently throughout, even during very heavy rains and achieved completion in the shortest possible time. The additional efforts for a brick light, and step paving was appreciated. Above and beyond in all aspects.
Would very much recommend!
