Resolve Roofing fulfilled its commitment and ethos to inspect our roof by classifying repairs as essential, desirable and optional.  For example, the existing degraded roof felt and battens at the eaves were completely removed and replaced with modern breathable membrane and treated battens where required.  Also, most of the roof tiles removed were inspected and considered still in serviceable condition for reuse.  
In conclusion, the project was managed very well with a high quality result, so we would highly recommend Resolve Roofing for any major roof refurbishment project.

Asa came out promptly and quoted for the works.  He was very friendly and professional.  His quotation was fair for the work involved.  I had to wait for weather to clear before works started but once they did the team put in a full days work each day until completed.  They always left the area tidy and safe.  Very pleased with the quality of workmanship, no surprises.  Guarantees were forthcoming following payment.

Replacement pitched roof and two flat roofs

Whilst buying a few tiles at a roofing supplies company I was approached by a roofer who happened to be there. He enquired whether he could fix the tiles for me and agreed to meet me at my house to give me a quote. 
After arranging access over my neighbours property which was necessary, he came very quickly and replaced the two broken tiles without delay. He took away the broken tiles and cleared away a defunct bird's nest .
He did a very good job and wouldn't accept any payment. I can certainly recommend the firm and will go to them again if and when I need further roofing work done.

Roof repairs.

We have had to repair the roof at the back of the house due a leak in one bedroom. The diagnostic was conducted on the same day we called, and accurate. Resolve Roofing came relatively quickly to repair despite being busy. The work involved changing tiles, changing the felt and repairing the river putting lead and cement. The work was very tidy, well priced and quicky done. Good communication during the whole process.

Asa, and his guys were fantastic. They went above and beyond for us after being let down by others. He communicated every step of the way, got the work done and then some! We will definitely use him again for any future roofing works. Thank you!

Resolve Roofing fixed both our chimneys: one needed to be replaced and the other required a simpler repair. The quality of the work was excellent. In addition they arranged for power cables to be sheathed for the safety of the scaffolders, and for the scaffolding to stay up as long as we needed it for other (TV aerial-related) work. Their communication with us was excellent - they were always available and responded quickly to all our questions.
We would heartily recommend this company.
