We're delighted with our new windows and doors from RFM.

From the initial visit and quote, to the design stage and then delivery and fitting they've been absolutely superb.

They have an obsession with making sure you're very happy at all stages and the care and expertise of their fitting team has to be experienced to be believed.

We were expecting a big upheaval and having to repaint etc but each window and door was left in pristine condition with nothing for us to do afterwards: They didn't even leave a speck of dust behind! 

Did we mention the price was very good too? Highly Recommended.

Great Customer Service. 

This company quoted an extremely fair price and went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. All of our existing double glazed units were replaced with new sliding sash units.  The teams turned up when they said they would, kept us informed at all times, were very neat and left everything tidy when they left at the end of each day.  When the job appeared to be going to take a bit longer they drafted in another team to keep things on track.  Great service all round.
