Today, Ross from RHiNO Plumbing came to repair and service our Water2Buy softener.  I have to say, I could not have been happier with the work he carried out.  Not only did he replace the defective part, but he also did a complete service.  At the same time, he showed me how to do the Resin clean properly...... every day is a school day!. Ross even gave me a complimentary bottle of resin cleaning fluid.  His workmanship was first-class, and he left everything spotlessly clean.

Water Softener Repair and Service

Ross serviced my softener, he was professional, transparent and he seems a very good man

Unfortunately, the trader took 11 days to respond to me despite a few message chases.  Finally, no message they just declined the job.  Would be better if responses were a little more timely...

Ross was excellent, knowledgeable and informed on the product, thorough in his work and exacting in his standards - his quote was fair and options provided and he did a great deal on water softener salt - would definitely use again
