What a service! Re an urgent job, they understood quickly what was needed, ordered rush spare part, fitted and sorted at best possible price with such friendly knowledgble engineers/plumbers. Truly excellent. Will recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic people and company

Richard of RKW explained what was required on an initial visit and provided updates as to the available replacement radiator, it's cost and estimated time for fitting. Richard arrived on time and is someone you are comfortable having in your home, which is important for us. The labour side came in under estimate which was an added bonus.

Reliable and professional service

Richard is a very reliable tradesman who turns up when he says he will and and is diligent and efficient.
Is this day and age when there are alot of tradesman Richard is a rare find. I have no hesitation if recommending him

Central heating flush and new mains valve

Despite not expecting to work yesterday 23rd December 2024, Richard answered our SOS as our Central Heating had stopped. Richard immediately diagnosed and repaired a faulty airing cupboard flow valve and within the hour all was working. As pensioners, my wife and I really feel the cold so we are so so grateful to Richard for going that extra mile. We have used RKW for a number of years now and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in the West Herts area. Malcolm Berkhamsted
