Mr Thorn did an excellent job on my shop my customers regularly complement the paint scheme he recommended.  He also would pick up and drop off keys around my schedule he could also be trusted to work around expensive merchandise and would not damage anything as he worked keeping the shop clean and tidy as he went 10/10
