He did a thorough job repairing our toilet outfllow that was leaking. He also pricked up another problem with the cistern that I was not aware of and fixed that as well. He didn't leave until everything was satisfactory

Rob arrived at agreed time and set to work to replace 6 TRV radiator valves.
System drained down and all valves changed as per instructions. 

On completion the system was refilled and checked for leaks. Fresh inhibitor was then added and system bled and tested. The areas worked on were cleaned and left tidy.

Altogether a good job done by a very experienced professional.

Fitting a new shower

Replace tap and waste in bathroom with new.

Very courteous and friendly.  Clearly well trained and knew best practice.  Saw issue which had been left on previous removal of hot water tank and fixed potentially hazardous dead end piping quickly and very cheaply.  Stayed to fix leak in stop tap at no extra cost and demonstrated how to do this at later date.  Reasonable price for job well done.
