The flat roof on our extension needed serious attention due to previous poor workmanship. We contacted Corry as a recommendation from my father who previously had work done. He said he could come over the very next day and gave us his professional assessment and an accurate quote to replace the roof.
His team arrived on time every day and were polite and just cracked on with the job. You could tell they took pride in the work that was undertaken. The service was so smooth start to finish.
The work area was always left tidy at the end of the day and left spotless once the job was complete.

They had a tricky job from the start with part of the garage not being level. Also at the end of the garage is an additional outbuilding added on with a reverse slope, using the same guttering. 
A daunting job but Corry listened to what I wanted to be done and he was here every morning to explain everything he was doing.
The workmanship is first class, Corry was excellent and his team, Adam & Barry worked hard and did an excellent job too.

I contacted CLS in late March 2026 and received a reply from them (Corry) within two days.  He came to have a look at my roof, which was about 60 years old, and suggested a good clean up and replacement of the ridge tiles.  I received a very reasonable estimate from them which I accepted, and within ten days, after installation of scaffolding, the work was started.  I am now the owner of a very smart, clean, rejuvenated roof.  All the work was undertaken by very nice people, on time and with the minimum of fuss.  I now have peace of mind and can look forward to the winter.

Corry and CLS Roofing team have been a pleasure to work with from initial quote to completing a full replacement of a flat roof. No doubt we’ve been lucky with the weather, but both planning and execution cannot be faulted. Sub-contractors too were orchestrated to perfection, with both scaffolding and skip delivered and removed within hours of work starting and finishing. They work fast without cutting corners, use quality materials and clearly take pride in the quality of their work, whether it is seen or unseen from the ground level. A cuppa with a hobnob or 2 is always gratefully received )

Professional, tidy and reliable roofers

This month I noticed on one side of the roof leaks appearing just above the window inside. I contacted Corey at CLS who had previously replaced the whole roof.  He came round immediately and found the problem which had obviously been going on for some time.
The whole of one side of the roof needed attention and roof battens replacing as well as a ventilation system at the bottom to allow airflow in the loft. Because I am surrounded by trees including silver birch which block the gutters and down pipe,
these were replaced also.
I am extremely happy to recommend CLS to anyone with roof problems.

Jason and team went the extra mile to remove faulty foam insulation in our roof. What was initially thought to be just remove tiles and insulation, refelt and replace tiles turned into a mammoth task because insulation was sprayed directly onto the tiles which all had to be broken as it was like cement. This work was carried out efficiently and all resulting debris (a lot) was cleared up. Roof refelted, new batons, drain pipes, barge boards and new tiles. Lovely friendly team of workers who all worked very hard to create a perfect looking roof in a week.

I put my rendering job on Checkatrade and received a good response.  I chose HomeFix as their quote was very competitive and they had provided photographs of jobs they had completed.  They were brilliant - were professional and engaging - advising me on all the steps om the rendering job. Job took longer than anticipated due to weather conditions however they kept me informed of when they would be coming out.  I also had my roof and chimney stack worked on as well - again absolutely fabulous job - all the employees were professional, courteous, and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jason noticed big problems with  roof of my tenanted property  whilst he was working next door, and was able to prove it with photos. I got a quote from another roofer as well, but Jason's came in best and he arranged to start almost straight away. When the tiles came off, problems turned out to be worse than expected. Jason kept me fully briefed via WhatsApp. He and the lads cracked on despite difficult weather conditions and awkward residents, though obviously some stormy  days they couldn’t work. Job all completed now and cleared up.
