Jake was first and only one to contact me.
He came from York on his way to Filey for a bigger job.
So did me a favour by fitting me in with his lovely son
Explained what had gone wrong with gutter and fitted new piece and a double bracket for extra security.

Responded V quick to the original ask and gave a reasonable quote. Job was done OK, though the bird protection left the tiles sitting a bit higher than I think they should be, and wind on that side of the house started being able to get underneath and cool the roof and room down (in attic conversion). Said they would come back and look but never did.  Snapped the arm off our satellite dish and attempted to cover it up, rather than own up immediately, lodged loosely back on. I had to pay for a replacement and asked for half. Said they would pay and then just ghosted, thus the low review score.

Ok work, but still waiting for a partial refund.

The work was first assessed fully by Mike and a quote given. His staff turned up on the day arranged and carried the work out. They were very professional and friendly and knew exactly what they were to do.
They cleaned up after the work and took away the waste and left the area in a clean and tidy condition.
The job when completed was beyond what I was expecting and looked great. Mike also made sure that it was what I wanted and that I was happy with it.
Fully recommend this company and will use them again for any future works.

Mike and team did an excellent job. They were safe, on time and professional. They did a fantastic job in removing moss from the roof. They did a number of small repairs. They removed all waste and left the property clean. I would recommend the team.

Great team of individuals who came out and completed the job on such short notice and I dont have a leak any more. Furthermore the level of profesionalism that was used, in the way they presented themself; and the way they spoke; also by how clean and tidy they left the property, after completing the roof.
