(1)The lead had deteriorated and had been flash banded in the past,causing leaks in the front bedroom,the best option was to swap out the lead with code 5 for a leak free roof.

On this roof repair I dropped this redundant chimney to the rafters and tiled over it,the ridge tiles on the house and garage roof were repointed.

Roof re-tiled and pointed,the mortar is still wet on the picture but will dry a lighter pleasing colour.

This was an EDPM rubber roof and was changed to a flexi-tec GRP fibreglass seamless system

The EDPM rubber roof had caused condensation to rot the roof as this roof was not vented,11mm Ian boards were used to replace rotten woods.

This was a strip and recover job using the original slates and ridge hips but adding new felt and lathes and a dry ridge system added too the top ridges,Dacian soffit and gutters replaced in black.

This gully was leaking badly from a poor EDPM installation so everything was ripped out and replaced with a GRP fibreglass system,which gives a great finish and long lifespan.
