Room Maker constructed a garden room fully fitted out with insulation, plumbing and electrics for us.  They undertook all of the design detailing from our concept sketch and have created a well proportioned quality space at a competitive price.

Garden Room

Professional service, good communication and very knowledgeable.  Despite being away from house for several months during lockdown so work could continue we were kept informed daily with photographs and videos.  Good on the spot problem solving, helpful advice, friendly hardworking team, punctual and diligent.  Many neighbours commented on how hard they worked.  Work carried out (including laying decking) was done to a high standard.  Highly recommended.

Demolishing rear extension, conservatory and garage.  Building rear and side extension and reroofing house.

Delighted.  Graham is so punctual and polite.  Turns up every day, on time and works continuously.  Actively suggests design ideas and offers opportunities to save money.

Double height extension and every interior wall moved and repositioning staircase.

Very professional, quick and thorough.  Came up with creative suggestions on the layout of rooms and also actively found ways to save money.  Altogether we are very impressed with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Graham and his colleagues.
