Scott was very polite and professional. He was quick to get in touch and was able to come soon after speaking to me on the phone, which was very helpful. He communicated very well with us, in terms of what time he would be arriving and that he was looking for a parking space. He changed the lock in matters of seconds which was fantastic. Very lovely person and very skilful
