RT Roofing Services also provides an emergency call out service 24 hours a day 7 days a week for added peace of mind.You are now by law required to have a Building Control certificate if you are replacing 25% or more of your roof covering. If this is the case we will take care of all that is required for the building inspector to make sure the certificate will be in place. 3 visits from a certified inspector are essential to acquire the certificate and we will arrange them for you. This is added peace of mind

Sep 2023 work started on our property with RT Roofing. Bad weather which is out of everyone's control sadly delayed completion of the work & our property suffered water damage through leaks, while the work was still being completed.
Every step of the way, when issues arose, I've made contact with either Rikki or Katy.
Both have been fully apologetic & empathetic with the situations we have unfortunately found ourselves still dealing with.
Communication now seems to be an issue, having called 12th Aug, left a message with reception, no reply. I sent an email 14th Aug, & still nothing!?

Flat roofing work

We had a few broken tiles, rang RT and they came out on the agreed date to replace said tiles. Very polite and helpful service

Roof repairs

We had to wait for the works to be carried out because of the weather conditions, when they started to strip the tiles off the gable end the men encountered there was additional work that needed to be done.  They contacted me in the first instance before continuing informing me of the situation and with updated quote which I accepted.  The works was carried out quickly and efficiently and was left clean and tidy when completed, there was a couple of small issues but these were sorted out very quickly.  Nothing was too much trouble, very pleased.

Re-roof including gable rebuild

Excellent repair work and they alerted us to the bad installation of flue pipe through the roof which needed lead covering.  They applied lead plate around the pipe and did a great job.  Would definitely recommend.

Replacement felt and battens to 2 m area + replacement tiles.

We had two leaks in our roof which Rikki was prompt in coming to see and giving us a reasonable quote.Bernie and Luke came to do the work and were always cheerful and efficient and took a pride in all they did.They showed us what they had found and explained all the work they were doing.  When a further problem came to light everything was shown and explained with a further quote obtained very quickly so they could deal with it all at once.  Everybody we had contact with including the scaffolders and Katy in the office were always polite and helpful.  We would definitely recommend this company.

My single story extension roof has leaked intermittently for years.  The roof was stripped, trusses repaired, double felted, tiles replaced and all finishing done very professionally.  A problem with the tile hanging on the back of the house was discovered so, for a very reasonable extra charge, this was also dealt with.  The site was left very clean and tidy and the scaffolding removed the same day as the job was finished.  I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family
