Professional and thorough service. The team removed live squirrels and pigeons from our eaves. They made several visits to ensure the animals had left the nest.

Reliability and communication were poor throughout. To be clear, the technicians themselves were fine, but the back-office organisation let the service down. Over two months, visits were late, needed chasing, had unclear arrival times, and involved multiple same-day cancellations. Despite several follow-ups, the promised inspection report still hasn’t been sent. One technician also suggested the traps left on the first visit may not have been from the same firm, which was concerning. I’ve decided to use another pest control service. Based on my experience, I’d recommend shopping around.
