The job was to remove damaged grout and mouldy silicone in our shower and renew.  Ziad offered a great price, communicated promptly and reliably, and has done a great job. He was polite and left everything clean and tidy, and I'm amazed how efficiently the job has been carried out. Wil user guys services again!
