Hello, I am Sam the Plumber.  I am a Somerset based plumber who specialises in bathroom installations &amp; repairs. I have 16 years of experience and have worked for some of the largest companies in the UK.  I started my journey in social housing before moving into the private sector where I managed large projects and trained multiple apprentices.  I cover a vast range of plumbing and heating works but mainly specialise in bathroom renovations, repairs, restorations and general plumbing.  No job is too big or small and is always carried out to the best of my ability.  I pay a meticulous attention to detail ensuring the quality of my finish is unmatched both on show and concealed with a long guarantee provided.  What you see is what you get, I want to keep my business small to ensure my clients receive the best service possible. You will communicate directly with me throughout your whole experience from answering the first call, providing you with a quotation through to carrying out the entire works and billing.  On a bathroom project I will carry out virtually every aspect of the installation myself I.e. Sam is literally so sound , he messaged me as he was about frome for a quote came up he looked under sink and gave me a quote , few days later came back , bish , bash bosh job sorted and with a great price ! He is lovely and a great communicator! Highly recommended

Sam is very professional and courteous. 
He was able to fit me in on the morning I contacted him. The price was made clear in advance so, no unexpected higher charges at the end of the job.
Upon inspection he explained what needed to be done. The tap needed replacing so I said that I would like to replace it for another style. 
Sam checked online and came up with what I was after, he popped out to get the tap and a few supplies needed. 
He was back within 30 minutes and got on with the job which was done to a high standard.

Sam was really pleasant and came within 48 hours to fix a leak. He went through the work needed clearly so I could understand and even helped explain what I would need to do when claiming through my insurance.
Would definitely use again if I needed to.
