Fencing

I had new kitchen cupboard doors supplied and fitted by s and w property solutions.  Work was done on time and to a high standard.  This is the second time we have used this company and would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Stephen and Wendy.  This is the second time I've contracted them for work, and I am always impressed at how thorough they are in their work.  Their work ethic is admirable.  Stephen also makes a point of being transparent throughout; he often explains what he's doing and why, and is happy to answer questions.  They are always on time or even early, and always friendly.  I paid more than the quote only because I insisted that I (not Stephen+Wendy) should pay for the extra materials that were needed due to new faulty parts supplied by the manufacturer.

Dealing with bathroom leak and reflooring two rooms

First class initial discussions on how work would be carried out and then agreed timing of work to be carried out having settled on price.  Very good personal service.

Bollard installation

Whole process from start to finish was less than a week and that was over festive period.  Very responsive, on time, on budget, full info as to what was required and I am very pleased with the work undertaken.  Didn't even need me to be at the property as they brought their own water (on request).  Can't recommend enough.

Gate post and front wall repaired
