S. C Miles &amp; Son are a third generation plumbing &amp; heating business, first established in 1973, primarily involved in the design &amp; installation of both plumbing &amp; heating systems in domestic properties. Having evolved through the changes in both building &amp; customer requirements, we are currently finding that the majority of our work is designing &amp; fitting renewable energy installations, with customers benefitting from modern energy efficient smart controls. As a Grant G1 Accredited installer, we are able to offer design, installation &amp; MCS certification for both their ASHP installations (including a seven year extended guarantee) &amp; Solar Thermal installations (including a five year extended guarantee). We now have a Boiler Upgrade Scheme account (BUS), which enables us to provide property owners with a saving of £5,000 on ASHP installations, as long as the property meets the schemes requirements.

From start to finish, I can honestly say they were faultless.  We had the whole house re-plumbed and had a air source pump installed, which we left in their hands, due to our lack of knowledge on the subject, and they didn’t disappoint.  Brilliant.

We renovated an old house

Graham, his son and his team were brilliant from start to finish.  Work involved installing under floor heating, an air source heat pump, new hot water cylinder, new rads, new smart heating controls and new plumbing for bathrooms and kitchen.  All done without a fault.  All the guys were friendly and took the time to stop and talk about the work and sometimes went above and beyond what they were there to do.  Brilliant service!!

Graham and his expert team looked after our eco new build from start to finish over a 1 year timespan.  Throughout, they were always available at the end of the phone or in person for good advice on our complicated build.   The company specialises in Air Source Heat Pumps and after getting to grips with it all, it’s functioning so well and we’re fully used to it now.  Additionally they installed our underfloor heating and all the plumbing of our kitchen, utility and bathrooms.  All of the works were completed with such quality!  We’re happy to highly recommend Graham and his team.
