We employed Set Square to convert an old kitchen and garage space into a modern kitchen and utility room. They were very professional helpful on time and kept to budget . All of the teams work was of a high standard and the work was finished within the time allocated

Kitchen and garage conversion

We had a wonderful experience working with Set Square. From start to finish, Ryan’s standard of work was excellent. Despite setbacks beyond anyone’s control (unexpected sewer pipes) the project was finished ahead of time and in budget, all thanks to his exceptionally hard work. Ryan and his team are incredibly tidy and made sure everything was left in a safe condition which was very much appreciated with a baby and a toddler in the house. Ryan never made me feel like my 10000 questions annoyed him, he is incredibly professional. We are thrilled with how the extension looks.

Excellent experience working with Set Square on our single story extension

We had the best experience with Set Square, who carried out work on a two storey extension for us. They were extremely professional, friendly and carried out the work efficiently, yet to a very high standard. It really helped us that the work of all other trades people was managed by them, this was absolutely seamless too.

Really pleased with the work that Ryan and his team carried out. They kept to within the general budget and clearly explained any additional expenses.
They were reliable, and turned up every day until the work was complete, which again was done within the predicted timescale and to a very high standard.
Particularly impressed by the way they tried to keep disruption to a minimum and left the house as tidy as possible at the end of each day.

Ryan and his team worked incredibly hard from day one, on site all day throughout the build, which was completed on budget and to schedule. He was happy to answer our many questions and accommodate changes we requested wherever possible. His quote was competitive with the scope of work clearly set out and explained. He was transparent on payment arrangements and the price of any extras we requested.  We would definitely recommend Ryan, Tom and the rest of the Set Square team as builders you can rely on and trust.

Overall I am very pleased with the end result and the overall process. Ryan was very accomadating and communicated very well while his work crew were great chaps and diligent workers.
