What a top person and efficient job! 

We had an emergency that needed to be fixed that day and Mr Faraj did SUCH a speedy and quality service on that, that we immediately booked him for its twin bathroom the very next day ! AND, an external tap! Nothing felt too much, and, our thoughts re placings, designs and times the installation could be noisy were all keenly received and felt to be as important to him as they were to us. 

Mr Faraj worked sensitively around our delicate public base, and kindly with our staff. He’s one of the team now-and we are SO grateful to find. Absolutely brilliant!!
