Shield were very responsive, came out quickly and repaired the boiler promptly. My boiler is very old and had been told by another engineer that it would be a costly repair or replacement just after a full bathroom Reno we couldn’t afford that but were preparing for the worst. Connor fixed the boiler promptly and performed a service, very professional and highly respectful. Price was a lovely surprise. Would 100% book again in the future and would recommend to anyone I know!

Dilligent, worked for long hours without issues and came back, spent few extra hours to solve a manufacturers issue. 100% Recommend. Guys fitted an electric boiler for us, chuffed with the work.
