Simple Solution's Property Maintenance

The 5 jobs were done as expected within 3 days (as agreed), however his work ethic such as punctuality and ability to clear up the space was lacking. Working hours (10am-3pm). He was meant to come by to get rid of remaining rubbish (agreed on Friday but after paying him on Sunday) - he still hasn't turned up (Tues). 

We also requested to install an outdoor tap which was sub-contracted to a plumber which he paid before the job was done. The plumber turned up on the 4th day.  We had to change our plans for this plumber and could not cancel the job (although we haven't paid the remainder yet).

Better for smaller jobs

Dan was excellent from start to finish with prompt communication. Difficult job at height to replace a UPVC window bracket with rusted and rounded screws. Job completed in good time and very happy with the result.

Very helpful and made time to fit us in for an urgent job. Work seems to be done to the standard expected. Would use again.

General handy work

Daniel was fantastic, and did a great job at replacing broken tiles in our bathroom. He was extremely efficient and careful, and went above and beyond in suggesting other improvements as well. When finished, Daniel left our bathroom cleaner than it was before! Fantastic work, many thanks.
