My wife and I are devastated we trusted this company with our home. The installed roof leaks more than it did before. Guarantee not honoured and vanished with our money. 1) there are multiple spots where the rubber hasn’t been cut, shaped and sealed properly 2) the rubber is lifting due to incorrect application of adhesive 3) the existing drain that was working fine was covered without any replacement drainage 4) membrane penetrated with approx 30 screws rather than reinstall the solar panels correctly. Ordered materials via another company, requested payment to someone other than owner.

SJ Roofing carried out the work as requested. They were constantly in contact with me. The work was carried out within a day of our first contact. 
They left the area clean and tidy.
I am very happy with this company and would recommend them.
