Outstanding service with excellent results from a wonderful staff team. My previous tenants rarely cleaned my kitchen and they didn't clean after cooking. The floor tiles and wall tiles were heavily marked with dirt, grease and oil splashes. The team from Slough Home Pro came to the rescue and tackled all the problem areas that I was unable to clean. After they'd finished cleaning I said "WOW" due to the high standard of cleanliness that made my kitchen tiles sparkle like new! We needed a deep clean of the bathroom and kitchen

Booked Slough HomePro Ltd for £150 deep clean. Returned to find fresh black chemical stains on 1-yr-old oak worktop. When confronted, they claimed stains were pre-existing and showed me products they “used” - but hid oven cleaner. After they left, I discovered bin bag full of paper towels soaked in oven-cleaner residue matching the stains. They offered no meaningful solution, only £10 deduction and £10 stain remover, even though a professional repair is required. Because of the damage, I withheld payment, and they have since refused compensation. Unprofessional, dishonest, and careless.
