Sean and his lovely team ( family members) did a great work for us to remove old concrete patio slabs and replacing them with porcelain slabs, we extended the patio area and included the site next to patio to the project. The finished work is excellent. Sean is very professional, polite and easy to talk to . He always made sure we were involved in every step of the work so that he could do what we exactly wanted. He came up with great ideas about how the borders and slabs lay out should look like. We highly recommend SMP contractors. We are very pleased with their work.

The original patio which was put down when the house was built had not been laid properly. Sean did a great job of lifting the old slabs and relaying with the correct pattern and on a proper concrete bed.  Sean’s communication was excellent throughout and he provided a competitive quote.

Sean was polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire process - everything was discussed prior to the work commencing, the work was completed to a quality finish and within the agreed timescales!! Would highly recommend and will be using SMP again in the future for any further landscaping jobs!!

I’m delighted with the work completed by Sean and his team, and they were a pleasure to have on site.  My driveway looks absolutely beautiful and I’m really pleased with it. I’d have no hesitations of employing them again for  any future projects.

Quality of workmanship

Hired Sean based on reviews, and were were not disappointed. Sean and his team did a fantastic job block paving nearly 200m² of what used to be a shingle / badly sunken paved drive, they worked quickly, tirelessly and couldn't fault their work ethic and attention to detail, we even managed to squeeze in a couple extra jobs whilst he was here.

Would 100% recommend Sean for any building jobs needed!
