What an absolute pleasure to have Softflow Water Softeners install my TwinTec Cobalt water softener. Ben and Matt are extremely knowledgeable, and as a second-generation family business their expertise really shows. Ben explained the installation and how the softener works, even replacing my broken stopcock and a tile that had to be removed during the job. The office staff are also friendly, helpful and followed up after installation to check everything was working well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Softflow – first-class service from start to finish.

We are considering renovating our bathrooms and in discussion with the builder it was suggested we should consider a water softener, as we have a lot of limescale. Did a quick google search for a local company to fit a Harvey mini curve, and Softflow were well recommended.
Mathew came out did a survey, gave a price on the spot and a fitting date. Very pleased to date, so much nicer having a shower with soft water. We did have a minor problem with the App, Softflow came out next day and sorted it out. Great service, nice people to deal with, wish all companies were like this.
