Very good, carried out a service for us.  Slight confusion with the appointment time but sorted in the end.  A very friendly and helpful technician who went beyond the minimum required.

Efficient and friendly technician

The engineer came on time to find out why the solar heating was not working. There ws a faulty vessel that was holding all the glycol.  He went out to procure a new vessel, fitted it and replenished the glycol .  IT all took just over an hour and the system was working .  This ws a a very professional operation and I would reccoment thos company.

The engineer was helpful  pleasant and made me understand the solar panel system. He explained what I needed to know and what to do in the future.

Great communication from the start from the office. Trades was polite, on time and did a good job with some great advice on maintaining the system in the future.
