We started out as South Downs Antiques &amp; Interiors in Barnham, West Sussex. Due to our sympathetic and professional approach to clearances, which were being requested from our customers, we took the decision during Autumn of 2018 to focus more on this side of the business.  We offer a professional, friendly, sympathetic and free quotation on any residential or commercial clearance. - Residential: house, flat, garage, garden, shed, attic, single items etc.- Commercial: office, factory, pub, shop, container, storage etc.- Licensed with the Environment Agency- Public liability insurance- Checkatrade vetted All clearances are treated in the same manner. If we feel that any local charities or CIC companies can benefit from any of the furniture, interior items or Bric-a-Brac, then these shall be donated to them. Having dealt with number of these organisations over the years, we get to know which organisation would benefit from which items.If there is any waste left, then this shall be disposed of at the appropriate recycling stations within the relevant county. We thrive on recycling the wood from the paper, the metal from the general etc. thus saving our planet and landfill sites.

Simon carried out a full flat and garden clearance and provided excellent service right from initial enquiry through to finishing the job. Excellent Service

Earlier this year, Simon and his team removed a large wooden pergola for me. It was badly installed, awkwardly sited in a corner of the garden perilously close to my neighbour's house, and the decking it sat on was rotting. The potential for things to go badly wrong was considerable, but Simon and his team did the job so neatly, carefully, and methodically that it all came down smoothly without a hint of trouble, and the area was left clean and clear without a trace of the pergola left.

Attended very promptly to clear rubbish away and left cleared area tidy afterwards. Communication was great - would highly recommend.
