Requested by customer to investigate faulty storage heater. Found that the bricks were installed back to front as photo. This caused storage heater to fail. Installed Farho heaters as replacements.

My electrics in the kitchen were faulty, and Steve called round promptly to diagnose and repair the faulty switch. He also replaced the boiler switch so that if it were to happen again elsewhere in the kitchen, I can connect the boiler via an extension lead until the other fault was fixed. Very reliable and knowledgeable.
