Initial fault on washing machine was identfied and fixed.
However, the machine was terminal and a replacement unit was required.
The engineer advuse they could quote for a new machine.
After comparing costs for unit, installation amdwaste removal, the service was more cost effective.
An efficient same day service was provided for all work and replacement installation.
Very satisfied customer !

Washing machine service

We got a same day appointment and the engineer was great - very pleasant and helpful. His first idea as to the possible cause of the problem with our washer dryer was spot on, so it was fixed quickly. He explained everything to us and gave us some useful advice. The only negative was the AI booking agent didn’t work as hoped but we spoke to a real person on the day and the appt was booked quickly.

The whole process of booking a day and time online was so easy and managed to get seen the next day.
Kieran attended and fixed the fault on my washing machine. He also gave good advice to help keep the washing machine in good condition.
